In the heart of Los Angeles' Venice Beach neighborhood, Vipp has outfitted the offices of a film production company, creating a hybrid space that serves as a living showroom.
Situated across three floors in a 250 sq meter building designed by renowned Austrian-born, California-based architect Mark Mack - known for residential architecture that blends simple, elegant, modernist forms and a seamless in/outdoor flow - Mack’s building is the ideal home for Vipp’s new space.

Paying tribute to its original use as an artist’s residence and studio, the dynamic, multifunctional space has been designed to look and feel like a home, but has been transformed into a flexible and inspiring office space.
The combination of comfort, loft-like architecture, open floor plans, ample natural light and newly implemented Vipp metalwork makes for an innovative space that will endure creativity for years to come. Beyond the day-to-day work, Blue Ox will host regular events and screenings, while Vipp will welcome clients and architecture and design professionals by appointment.
