The Vipp portfolio consists of classic products that have been around for decades and novelties that have yet to write history, however they all share a common denominator in reparable design of high-quality materials that will stand the test of time.
To us, sustainability is equal to longevity, and therefore, we offer extended warranties on most of our products, with 5-10 years becoming the new standard.

Vipp offers an extended warranty against production and construction defects. During the applicable warranty period, Vipp will, at its sole obligation and its sole discretion, either repair, replace or issue a credit note regarding the defective product, the defective part, or the defective components.
The extended product warranty applies to products purchased on or after 1st of January 2023 and is calculated from the date on the original invoice.
10-year warranty
A 10-year warranty is provided on a selection of our products such as kitchens, bins, certain bathroom accessories and ceramics and glassware. To confirm the length of a given product’s warranty, please find warranty details under each product on our website.
5-year warranty
A 5-year warranty is provided on a selection of our products such as furniture, lighting, certain bathroom accessories and certain kitchen accessories. To confirm the length of a product’s warranty, please find the product on our website with warranty details.
2-year warranty
Unless stated otherwise, products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty.
The warranty does not apply in the following situations (the list is non-exhaustive)
Marks, scratches or wear and tear from normal use.
Damages caused by drops, accidents, hits, misuse, negligence, or excessive force.
Discoloration or damage due to wrong or lack of care/maintenance compared to Vipp’s instructions and care guide.
Discoloration or damage due to high temperature swings, direct sunlight, or environments which the product is not supposed to be in.
Deviation in colour or patten from photos or similar products due to the natural material of the product such as wood, stone, marble, etc.
Products installed or mounted wrongfully compared to Vipp’s instructions.

Moisture damage in cabinets or appliances.
Adjustment and fine-tuning of drawers and fronts after installation.
Damage from the kitchen to the floor especially around the legs due to high weight in a little area.
Mounting a load over 500g (Vipp267 clip).
Do not place the suction hook on vinyl, linoleum, surfaces containing PVC or acid surfaces (Vipp12 suction hook).
Damage due to incorrect washing compared to washing instructions (all placemat).
Heat damage from for example pots and pans (all placemat).
Small deviations in colour or size due to the product being hand-casted porcelain (all porcelain).
Damages due to freezing or putting boiling water in the glass (all glassware).
Glass varying in size up to 2% (all glassware).
Grinding other things then salt, pepper, herbs, and spices (Vipp263 mill set).
Temperatures over 275 C° (Vipp268 trivet).
Loads over 20 kg (Vipp401 mini table).
Filling up the soap dispenser with other than soap, sanitiser gel or dishwashing liquid (Vipp9 dispenser).
Mounting a load over 500g (Vipp12 suction hook).
Damage due to incorrect washing compared to washing label (all towels).
Minor dimension deviations in textiles compared to specifications (all towels).
If the product is not installed in accordance with the local law (all lamps).
Minor dimension deviations compared to specifications due to the product being a nature product (all rugs).

The original purchase invoice is mandatory when a claim is made under the extended warranty.
Replaced products or replaced product parts shall become the property of Vipp. Delivery of a replacement product or repair of a product does not result in a renewal or extension of the applicable warranty period.
