The Bauhaus-inspired building was once the home of 'Viking', manufacturer of the Danish iconic yellow school pencils. In 1919, the two-story factory building produced its first pencils. After a century as a production facility and showroom for various design brands, Vipp decided to repurpose the space as a social venue hosting supper clubs with world-class chefs.

A Taste of Cold Hawaii – It is usually considered good etiquette to bring a homecooked meal to new neighbours. Nicolas Min Jørgensen, chef and owner of restaurant Tri in Thy, takes this tradition to another level by bringing ingredients and talent into Vipp’s kitchen during a Vipp Supper Club.
