The paper cord is an integrated part of the Danish history of design since its breakthrough in the 1940’s-1950’s. As decades has proven this material to be timeless, it goes hand in hand with the Vipp vision of making high quality furniture to last for generations. The weaving process is done by hand which gives each chair its own unique characteristics.
