We are graphic designers, number crunchers, storytellers, salespeople, engineers, designers and much more. In other words, we are a broad range of professions gathered under one roof. But what we have in common is a shared passion for crafting durable products. Timeless in both aesthetics and function.

The zealousness that Holger put into the bin, we put in our work. We hunt for specialist trophies in each department. Whether our skill is called sales or supply chain, branding or engineering we aim for the highest pedestal.

An exclusive group of handpicked colleagues join forces in an old printing factory in Islands Brygge. Yet, an exclusive group does not exclude people from the outside. We believe in always looking for specialized knowledge outside the premise and invite them inside.

Vipp is a team sport, because in our community the good ideas, the symbiosis, the synergy, the multiplier effect arise. We recognize that success require differences. That is why we embrace diversity, all the while cultivating our own strengths.
WE WANT TO GROW. BUT NEVER GROW UP
In Holger Nielsen's lifetime, the pedal bin never reached beyond Denmark's borders. In our lifetime, Vipp extends beyond 40 national borders. We are still a small company, but the ambitions are big. Despite our growing pains, we cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset and merchant spirit. In that way, we stay humble and the economy healthy.
LIFE IS LEAN
Lean is rooted in our work culture. We have been cultivating this philosophy for almost a decade and it is growing on us and providing new insights every day. We find and remove waste, strive for short and thick while perfecting processes. Everyone is invited to initiate initiative and to always work smarter. All to create value for the Vipp customer and ensure long-term competitiveness in a fast, changing world.

OUR NERVES OF STEEL HAVE GONE SOFT
An 80 year age gap divides our bin and sofa. For almost 8 decades, we cultivated solely steel and rubber, but on the long journey toward the Vipp universe, we have softened our steel strength. Textiles, stones, glass, ceramics and wood now go hand in hand with our metal mania.
NEW, NEW, NEW. STEP ON THE PEDAL
At a time when the world is moving fast, we cultivate our distinctiveness and cherish our icon - the pedal bin. More than 80 years of production of the same product is our raison d'être and differentiator. We link back to our roots in the development and communication of the new.
WE DREAM BIG AND THINK FAR
We are not all family related in the literal sense but think and operate as one with eye for our long-term values. We have come a long way since the bin, and the journey has only just begun. Our structure allows us to chase the big dreams instead of the short-term profits. That way we can continue to water the seed that Holger sowed in 1939 and which has already grown from a bin to a kitchen to a shelter. What will be next?
